We at Rug Expo Outlet want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase and, to ensure this; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 7 days from the date the merchandise was delivered for a full refund. Simply follow the steps below to process your return.

Notes on Returns:

There are no restocking fees or hidden charges.

The returned merchandise must be in new condition. We will not accept items that have been damaged or soiled.

You are responsible only for all shipping costs back to us, including insurance. All items being returned must be insured through the shipping company for the full value.

Returned items will be inspected and must be deemed in original condition in order to be refundable.

Once inspected and approved for return, we will issue a refund for the full purchase price.

Refunds are processed in the original method of payment only. Please allow a few days for refunds to post to your account.

Merchandise purchased on-line cannot be returned to any store locations.
Custom orders and clearance items are FINAL SALE.

To return an item, you must first obtain a return authorization number by following the few simple steps below:
1. Enter in your order number

2. Fill out your reason for returning

3. If your return is within the 7 day period, you will receive a return authorization number.

Simply print out this page with the reason for return and the return authorization number and include it in your return package, wrap the item in the original packaging or something equivalent, take the item to the shipping company of your choice and send to:
